The child that I was, the adult that I am

HOW TO LEARN TO LOVE, EVEN IF WE HAVE NOT BEEN LOVED ENOUGH
Why do we need to investigate everything that happened in our childhood? What happened to us when we were children? What mechanisms have we used to survive emotionally? How is the shade organized? Memories do they serve? The adults we are today, and the memories we have available.
How did we grow?
The expectations we had at birth compared to what happened to us. The original design of the human being. The figure of our mother. The trans-generational chain of mandates and beliefs. How can we approach the way our childhood scenario was established. Who participated. What a place we had as children.
How to observe with new eyes, the most critical time of our lives and its subsequent deployment. The child that we were and the adult that we are. Loneliness, fear, violence, contempt or emotional distance: today we can give them a transcendental meaning. Learn to love even if we have not been loved enough.
In the process we will learn how to love and be loved from a deep understanding of who I really am.
